Room 58 to develop and execute a marketing strategy for JMP Luxury!
In December 2007, JMP Luxury, a specialist provider in serviced apartments to the corporate and leisure markets, commissioned Room 58 as its virtual marketing department.
As with Hush interiors, JMP Luxury has outsourced the creation and execution of the marketing strategy to the Room 58 team.
The project began with the development of a strategy and marketing calendar to map out the activities required to meet the company’s objectives for 2008.
With a foothold in the corporate sector, especially within the financial service market with its range of apartments located in Canary Wharf, JMP Luxury wishes to leverage this position. This corporate offering therefore, is our focus for Q1 2008.
JMP Luxury also holds a unique position in offering serviced apartments as weekend leisure breaks. The apartments are ideal for groups such as hen parties, and additional services such as “sparties� (in-apartment spa parties) are offered to enhance the experience.
The project began with an evolution of the corporate identity. Throughout the year this will be rolled out to various media, including web sites, printed materials and exhibition stands.
