The Account Manager is the external facing representative to all Room 58's clients, project managing all live business from briefing to sign off. The Account Manager should have a complete understanding of Room 58's services and represent Room 58 at all levels as and when required to do so.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Design Boxes each month on time and in budget.
• Be the external facing representative of Room 58 to all clients, with responsibility to manage all projects
• Report all key issues arising to line manager and CEO as and when required to do so
• Produce briefing documents for the studio, ensuring they are relevant and cover all client objectives
• Ensure all key personnel are fully aware of deadlines pertaining to each job
• Utilise all key personnel available to you within Room 58, including the Creative Director, Production Director and CEO, ensuring relevant people are at key meetings, offering maximum experience and ensuring full project potential is realized
• Ensure you are fully aware of where in the life cycle each project is
• Ensure all further opportunities that have subsequently been highlighted are followed up
• Be able to report at length on any Design Box shortfalls or potential business opportunities from live projects as and when required
• Keep up to speed with trade press and relevant web sites ensuring you are fully conversant with trade issues relevant to our market
