Room 58 builds on its relationship with Harley-Davidson

Room 58 is the brand guardian and approved marketing agency for Harley-Davidson European Direct Markets and Harley-Davidson Middle East and Africa.
Following the overwhelming success of the extranet facilities we designed and built in 2007, Room 58 have just completed an overhaul of both sites ready for the new model year launch for 2009.
The extranet enables distribution of marketing material across 23 countries. It contains all the high-resolution artwork for advertising campaigns, brand guidelines and all marketing tools that every Harley-Davidson dealer, wherever he is based, will need for the coming year. The dealers pulls down the required piece of artwork, localises it, and sends it to print.
Not only does it improve communication and collaboration between Harley-Davidson and their dealers, but maximizes economies of scale by centralizing spend. The extranet saves Harley-Davidson and its dealers and distributors both time and money by allowing new campaigns to be rolled out globally in minutes.
This is a break away from the normal way a design agency works. Room 58 is proud to pioneer this structure with its clients.
