Room 58 were commissioned to assist with the organisation and co-ordination of the 2005 Harley-Davidson Financial Services Europe Partner Conference held in Barcelona. Our task was to help the partners “Reach Out and Discover� the opportunities presented by the Financial Services offering.

The project was all encompassing, including the development of an online registration web site, the design and delivery of delegate packs, delivery of exhibition materials including pop-up displays, posters and handouts.

In addition Room 58 designed all of the speaker presentations and worked closely with the AV team to co-ordinate the show. The conference proved a great success.
