Business Development Manager
We are now adding a Business Development Manager to our established team. You will be taking a hands-on role identifying opportunities with new and existing clients, so strong interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture relationships is essential. This post requires an energetic self-starter capable of selling the agency vision to new clients.
Objectives of Role:
- You will be results-driven and will use your own initiative to make things happen.
- Deliver a new business plan for the agency - targeting sectors, organisations and relevant activity.
- Oversee all pitches to ensure that the "pitch process" is adhered to so that they maximise all opportunity of winning. Manage all tender processes.
- You will champion a new business ethos throughout the agency.
You:
- Will be a strategic thinker who is a self-starter and team player.
- Are a natural networker.
- Have the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Must have your own reliable transport and be prepared to travel.
