This management tool is beautifully designed, easy to use and intuitive with various display options. There are multiple ways of viewing the main display, including gallery, thumbnail and list, users can easily see a wide range of assets along with a summary of their details. The different display options mean that users of the system can search easily for a required asset or browse the system to see new materials or gather inspiration. Assets can be allocated to multiple regions and users or locked down to certain user groups ensuring only those items that are relevant are seen by specific users.

Smart search and trending assets.

The search bar is an intuitive tool that will suggest assets based on the user’s search as they begin to type. It will refine these assets as the search is completed. Results are then characterised by type and a sidebar navigation appears and follows a search pattern. This intelligent search enables users to quickly locate what they are looking for. The assets can be flagged as “hot” or "new" drawing the user’s attention through the homepage or notifications system. Users can find out more information about the assets e.g. size, format and description and have the option to download the files attributed to it. Related assets will also be displayed as suggested options. 

Downloading assets.

Users have the ability to download single or multiple assets instantly or save them as “favourites” to download at a later time. If the user decides to view more detail, they are given the option to preview or download individual or multiple files that are packaged in an asset.
